The real question is whether the structure of the neocloud business can survive a world where Nvidia starts acting like an allocator of scarce compute rather than a merchant selling chips.

The investment implications are straightforward. CoreWeave and Nebius trade as public companies. Their valuations are sensitive to supply expectations. If the market concludes that direct strategic buyers are taking priority, neocloud multiples should compress. Conversely, Nvidia's order book becomes even more of a black box. That supports its dominance but increases customer concentration risk. The market may read this as pure demand strength, and it is. But the concentration of allocation power in one vendor is a governance problem disguised as a sales pipeline. Static analysis reveals what marketing hides. The marketing says Nvidia is an enabler. Contrarian: What the Bulls Got Right

Do not change a position based on a headline that would fail a basic due diligence checklist. The market rewards discipline precisely because so few people practice it.

The long-term signal is bigger than SpaceX. Nvidia is becoming the central planner of the AI compute economy. It decides who builds, who waits, and who gets priced out.
